1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our My Photo Bingo service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the bingo card generation service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you upload.
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• You will not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or harmful.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others.
• Distribute malware or viruses.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the service.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

5. Intellectual Property

The My Photo Bingo service, including all intellectual property rights incorporated therein, is and will remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the service without our prior written permission.

The bingo cards generated from your images belong to you and you may use them as you wish for personal or commercial purposes.

6. Content Removal (DMCA)

If you believe that content violates your copyright, please contact us immediately with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted content
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content
• Your contact information (email, address)
• A good faith statement
• An electronic or physical signature

We will remove the disputed content as quickly as possible.

7. Prohibited Content

It is strictly prohibited to upload content that is:

• Pornographic, child pornographic, or sexually explicit in nature
• Inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination
• Violating the privacy of others (unauthorized photos)
• Counterfeit or violating intellectual property rights
• Illegal under French or European law

Any violation will result in immediate deletion of your content and blocking of your access.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the loss of your data.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability, and expense arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
